New way to declare prophylactic isolation of workers

Employers can now more easily communicate the situation of a worker in prophylactic isolation without the possibility of teleworking, through Segurança Social Direta (Direct Social Security). The Social Security Institute (ISS) has automated the procedure and waivered the need to submit a form.

To facilitate the exchange of information between the ISS and the Ministry of Health, the employer should access the Segurança Social Direta (Direct Social Security), in the section "Report workers in isolation without the possibility of telework", and insert the declaration code of the worker concerned.
