Unemployment benefit claims can now be queried online

It is now available to consult the details of unemployment benefit claims on the Social Security Direct (SSD). It is also possible to obtain the statement proving the situation of the same subsidy.

As part of the Simplex 2022 measures, this new service makes it possible to consult

• the benefit - list of benefit periods, number of days and daily amount
• the amount of the benefit - list of monthly amounts
• the calculation - date and duration of the benefit, with daily and monthly amounts
• documents submitted to Social Security
• unemployment details - information on contract termination, reasons for unemployment, Social Security Identification Number (NISS), name of employer and date of registration at the Job Centre.

To access this service on Social Security Direct, select the "Employment" menu and choose the option "Unemployment Benefit" in the Unemployment area.
