SEF with in-person attendance only for urgent acts

The service desks of the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) maintain face-to-face service only for urgent matters, by appointment.

Urgent situations are considered when citizens can prove the pressing need to travel, when their documents have been stolen or lost and other duly justified humanitarian, personal or medical situations.

Requests for urgent appointments should be made by email to gricrp.cc@sef.pt or by calling the Contact Centre (landline - 808 202 653, mobile - 808 962 690).

The remaining scheduled appointments are suspended due to the State of Emergency in force and will be rescheduled from today, 15 February, in chronological order.
