Direct Social Security with a new service for consulting administrative offences

Employers and self-employed workers can now consult all their administrative offence proceedings, including payment notifications and the issuing of payment documents, in the portal Segurança Social Direta.

In addition to the consultation of the history via the menu Conta Corrente / Processos de Contraordenações (after signing in), this new feature also allows the electronic sending of answers, disputes and objections.

The electronic notifications are received in the personal message box of the Segurança Social Direta, with the notification to be deemed as soon as the entities access it, or after 15 days after the sending of the same.
 
An alert is also sent to the e-mail address registered in Segurança Social Direta.
