Fraud attempt with Digital Mobile Key and "ePortugal" name
The Agência para a Modernização Administrativa (AMA) has been informed that there are emails circulating with information about a bank refund, requesting data from the Digital Mobile Key (CMD) and bank details.
In the email, sent by the sender suporte@network.solution.com, there is a link that redirects to a fake page very similar to ePortugal, where personal data is requested in order to access a refund for a paperless invoice.
These emails are not sent by AMA or any application related to the ePortugal portal. They are part of a fraudulent scheme to get people to divulge personal or bank details via fake websites.
The ePortugal portal will never ask for personal or bank account details by e-mail.
If you receive an e-mail like this or a similar message, you should block the sender and mark the message as SPAM.
