Fraud attempt with the name "ePortugal" and "Autenticação.gov"

The Agência para a Modernização Administrativa (AMA) has been informed that there are emails circulating with information about the obligation to update the Citizen Card and that they have two logos very similar to those of the ePortugal and Autenticação.gov portals.

These emails are not sent by AMA or by any application related to the ePortugal portal. They are part of a fraudulent scheme to get people to disclose personal or bank details via fake websites.

The ePortugal portal will never ask for personal or bank account details by e-mail.

If you receive such an e-mail, or any similar message, you should block the sender and mark the message as SPAM.
