Fraud attempt with the name of the Autenticação.Gov portal

The Administrative Modernisation Agency (AMA) has been informed that there are fraudulent SMS and telephone calls using the name of the Autenticação.Gov portal.

The SMS states that "Houve uma actividade suspeita na sua conta. Por favor, actualize as suas credenciais imediatamente: https://autenticacao-gov.pt-ver.com"; this link leads to a fake page very similar to Autenticação.Gov where personal information is requested.

These SMS and phone calls do not originate from the AMA or any application related to the Authenticação.Gov portal. They are part of a fraudulent scheme to get people to divulge personal data via fake websites.

If you receive an SMS like this, don't click on the link. If you receive a phone call asking you to update your Digital Mobile Key or electronic identification details, hang up the call.
