Complaint in the Ombudsman's office. Filing of complaints regarding acts or omissions of the public authorities, which may also be aimed at public companies or public capital concessionaires of public services or exploitation of goods in the public domain.

Complaint about discrimination. It is forbidden to discriminate, directly or indirectly, against people based on disability and aggravated health risk, in accordance with Law 46/2006. In this context, the National Institute for Rehabilitation receives the complaints submitted, forwards them to the competent authorities and prepares an annual report on the application of the said law.
