Opening of the Pombal Citizen Shop

The Citizen’s Shop of Pombal opened on 24 July. This shop includes a Citizen Spot, and service desks of the Social Security Institute (ISS) and the Employment and Vocational Training Institute (IEFP).

In the Citizen Spot, it is possible to deal with several services of different State entities such as, for example, renewal of Citizen Card, activation of the Digital Mobile Key, revalidation of driving license or scheduling of medical appointments.

The Citizen’s Shop of Pombal is located in the city’s historical area, at Praça Marquês de Pombal, and opens on business days from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M., with the Citizen Spot closing at 4.30 P.M.
