Public Administration among the finalists of the Portugal Digital Awards 2020

Among the 46 finalists of the 5th edition of the Portugal Digital Awards there are several public entities, which will present their digital projects at the event taking place between 23 and 27 November. The initiative had 350 applications divided by all sectors of the Portuguese economy, with emphasis on public administration which represented almost 20% of the projects evaluated.

Among the finalist public projects is id.gov, the official application for access to digital documents issued by the Portuguese Government, submitted by the Administrative Modernization Agency (AMA), and competing in the categories of "Best Future of Customer & Consumers Project" and "Best Government Project".

The Shared Services of the Ministry of Health (SPMS) saw the RSE Live platform, which allows real-time teleconsultation with users and among health professionals, and the tool Trace COVID-19, which accompanies patients under surveillance, be selected for the categories "Best Future of Work Project" and "Best Healthcare Project".

AICEP Digital, of the Portuguese Agency for Foreign Trade and Investment, and FE-AP - eSPap, of the Public Administration Shared Services Entity, are other examples of initiatives from public bodies on the final list.
