Open applications for "Erasmus for Public Administration" training

Applications for the European Commission's free online training programme "Erasmus for Public Administration" are open until 12 February. This new programme is aimed at officials who have been working in national, regional and local public administrations for more than 6 months and less than 5 years.

The aims are to increase knowledge of the European Union, understand other Member States' perspectives, foster administrative cooperation between the Member States and the institutions and create a network of contacts.

This initiative will run every week between 25 February and 8 June 2021, by zoom videoconference.

The new online format, promoted by the European Administrative School (EAA), allows for the participation of 20 candidates per Member State, for a total of 500 participants.

Applications are to be sent by e-mail to candidaturas.europeias@mne.pt. Candidates should therefore send to the Directorate-General for European Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, their curriculum vitae in European format (in English or French), a letter of motivation (in the same language as the CV) and a letter of authorisation from the employer.
