ERSE launches manual on switching to regulated natural gas market

To provide more information and clarify any doubts gas consumers may have, the Energy Services Regulatory Authority (ERSE) has created a manual on 'How to switch to the regulated natural gas market' (pdf).

Customers on the liberalised market with annual consumption of 10,000 cubic metres or less per year will be able to switch to the regulated natural gas market when decree-law 57-B/2022 of 6 September enters into force.

The request to switch to the regulated market must be made at the branches of the Supplier of Last Resort (CUR) in your area of residence.
