The following documents are necessary:
- updated Europass model curriculum vitae
- diploma of the course issued by the training entity
- syllabus of the course with respective workload and programmatic contents
- professional diving booklet or legally equivalent document
- proof of medical examinations validated by a hyperbaric doctor, with a date not exceeding 12 months.
Thus, after signing in on the Capitania online + platform, the applicant must submit all documents, preferably in PDF format.

Face-to-face
At the Online Captaincy Automatic Terminals (TACO), available for use from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the maritime offices buildings.
