The permanent certificate enables online access to information contained in the permanently updated Central File of Collective Persons on acts and facts pertaining the following entities:

  • Associations, foundations, civil and commercial companies, cooperatives, State-owned companies, complementary groups of companies, European economic interest groups, as well as any other collective entities without legal personality, subject to Portuguese or foreign law, regularly exercising activities in Portugal;
  • Representations of international legal persons or governed by foreign law regularly exercising activities in Portugal and
  • Public administration bodies and services, without legal personality, acting as an organisational and functional unit.

This certificate is different from the commercial registry permanent certificate and only comprises information within the entity’s registration in the FCPC, namely: NIPC (Registration/collective person identification number), company name, registered office, CAE (Classification of Economic Activities), legal status, object, capital and status in the FCPC.

  • 30€ pela assinatura por 2 anos
  • 40€ pela assinatura por 3 anos

How can you Pedir certidão permanente de inscrição no Ficheiro Central de Pessoas Coletivas (FCPC) ?

You must enter the entity’s NIPC or, if you do not know it, you can search by entity name.

To request a permanent certificate of registration in the FCPC you need to access the Online Company page and state:

  • the name of the person requesting the certificate
  • tax identification number (NIF or NIPC)
  • email address to receive the certificate’s access code
  • mobile number, to receive an SMS when the certificate becomes available.
