It allows a training entity to submit a simple prior notice regarding a training session in distribution and sale of phytopharmaceutical products, destined to applicators or sale operators.

This legal regime is covered by the Services Directive, transposed by the Decree-Law n. 92/2010, of July 26th, and its information is currently undergoing an adaptation process, under the responsibility of the competent entities.
