Mergulho recreativo - exercício da atividade em livre prestação de serviços
It allows a recreational diving service provider established in an European Union Member State which intend to exercise the services of Diving School and Diving Center in a sporadic and occasional manner in Portuguese ground, to communicate its free provision of services.
Accordingly to the legislative review resulting from the implementation of the Services Directive, the contents of this page and the form can be updated under the suggestion of the competent entity.

- A comunicação deve ser efetuada através do preenchimento de um formulário, clicando depois no botão “Guardar e enviar formulário”.
- O prestador deve depois anexar os documentos necessários e enviá-los por e-mail.
- O Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude emite a sua decisão no prazo de 30 dias.
- Se a decisão não for tomada dentro do prazo estabelecido, há lugar a deferimento tácito.
