ePortugal: limited services from December 9th to 11th

From 6pm on Friday, December 9th, there will be a technical intervention for improvements and corrections on the ePortugal portal. The intervention is expected to end at 11:30 pm on December 11.

During these days, the portal will continue to function, with brief periods of unavailability. The functionality to create an account on the portal will be disabled, which will limit the realization of some services.

Citizen's Card services

The Citizen's Card services will be available to registered and non-registered users, with only brief periods of unavailability.

Online Company | Commercial Register Services

Users who already have an ePortugal account will have access to all services.

Users who have not registered on the portal will not be able to perform Company Online | Commercial Registration services that require authentication.

Economic Activities Services (Balcão do Empreendedor)

Users who already have an ePortugal account will have access to all services.

Users not registered in the portal will have access to all licensing services or economic activities of the competence of municipalities (eg Local Lodging, Occupation of Public Space, among others), but may not submit requests to other entities.
