eTribunal: uma nova plataforma online para mandatários e magistrados

Since November 28th, lawyers and solicitors can access the common, administrative and tax courts through a single point of contact: eTribunal.

In a first version, the system makes it possible to view electronic notifications and access documents sent by the courts, the secretariats of the National Injunctions Counter (BNI), the National Lease Counter (BNA) and the Lease Injunction Service (SIMA).

By March 2024, email alerts will be launched to let you know when there are new electronic notifications. 

New functionalities will also be made available in the course of next year:

• artificial intelligence will recognize the type of procedural document submitted 

• mechanisms will be developed to enable communication between the agents internal systems and the eTribunal

• it will be possible to change the professional address of the agent in both jurisdictions

Judges and magistrates 

As of November 28, eTribunal-Magistratus, an interface of the eTribunal, will allow, among other functions:

• consultation and signing of documents that have been requested and are awaiting validation

• a new viewer for reproducing multimedia content of proceedings and procedural documents

This is one of the phases of the digital transformation of the courts that is provided for in the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
