Peças processuais de grande dimensão já podem ser entregues online

Legal representatives can now send large procedural documents to the courts digitally. The maximum limit for each file is 20 megabytes, double what it was 10 years ago.

This measure is part of the digital transformation of justice and relieves attorneys of the need to travel to the courts, while also helping to ensure that court clerks don't have to digitize and insert documents.

Since July, audio recordings of cases have been available online, avoiding the need to go to court to collect the files.

During the month of November, eTribunal will also be launched, a new portal that aims to be the single entry point for all justice agents and citizens.
