  2. login
  3. access the Processes menu
  4. create new Process
  5. fill in the process data (choose the type of application)
  6. attach the necessary documents
  7. submit the request

Subsequently the process is analysed, Infraestrututas de Portugal makes a decision and sends the reply to the e-mail address indicated by the user.

In the 10 business days after requesting the license or permit you may be contacted by Infraestrututas de Portugal to submit additional documents or provide clarification.
