Consular Service Center for France extends services to Lyon and Marseille
As of November 2, the Consular Service Center for France will extend its services to those residing in the areas of jurisdiction of the Consulates General of Portugal in Lyon and Marseille. The service had already been available for the Paris area since April of this year.
The Consular Assistance Center for France can be reached through the telephone number (+33) (0) 173011680 and the online contact form, available on the Portuguese Communities' portal.
The telephone service is available every working day, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (local time in France), in French and Portuguese.
Through the Consular Service Center you can request information or solve issues related to travel documents, Citizen's Card, registrations and certificates, among others.
There are 11 countries covered by the Consular Service Center: Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy (including countries within the jurisdiction of the Consular Section of the Portuguese Embassy in Rome - Malta, San Marino and Albania), Netherlands and France (Paris, Lyon and Marseille).
