Launch of the consultex.gov.pt portal

On 3 July, the consultalex.gov.pt portal was launched, which provides public consultations accessible to all, allowing citizens to participate in the drafting of decree-laws and regulations, through the consultation of diplomas and formulation of suggestions, permanently monitoring the drafting of these diplomas.

The portal allows the registration of citizens and companies, in order to receive notifications of the opening of public consultations in thematic areas of their interest and aims to facilitate access by citizens and companies to their decision-making processes, ensuring greater transparency and access to information as well as promoting and encouraging the interested and informed participation of citizens and companies in decisions which effects cover all citizens.
