Auction house - change of activity (Autonomous Region of Madeira)

It serves to carry out the mandatory communication of the following changes to the auction activity:

  • Changes to the insurance contract, financial guarantee or equivalent instrument;
  • Change of directors, directors or managers, in the case of a legal person, accompanied by the respective proof of suitability;
  • Changes in the commercial name, legal nature and registered office or tax domicile.

  • Fill in the form addressed to DRET, by direct access to the Entrepreneur's Desk (BdE), or by digital assistance at the available service desks
  • The form must contain all required data and instructional elements
  • The change regarding the commercial name, legal nature and registered office or tax domicile, give rise to the updating of the authorization title.
