To start a food or beverages business in an establishment with exemption from requirements.
The requirement exemption refers to:
   a) Infrastructure - water, electricity and sewers;
   b) Service Area - reception areas and food storeroom, kitchen, pantry, manufacturing area, changing rooms and staff toilets;
The service area should be completely separate from the public area to avoid the spread of smokes and smells.
Supplies should be held by the service entrance.
   c) Integrated zones - the different areas of the service area can be integrated, however, the adopted circuit  and the equipment used must ensure the specific purpose that is intended for each zone. This option should not compromise food hygiene and safety, neither allow the spread of smoke and smells.
   d) kitchens, pantries and manufacturing areas - the kitchen corresponds to the area for preparation and cooking but can also be used to plate up and distribution.

   e) Changing rooms and toilets facilities for staff - in the service area should exist closets or storage areas for clothes and personal belongings of the workers, as well as sanitary installations for their use.

In establishments with 30 seats or more, the toilets facilities are necessarily separated by gender with individual cabins.
   g) Establishment capacity - The maximum number of seats is calculated on the basis of customer service area, not included the passageways, the reception, cloakroom and toilet facilities, as follows:
 - In establishments with seating area - 0.75 m2 per seat;
 - In establishments with standing area - 0.50 m2 per seat.
