Request for criminal records by phone now available

The request the criminal record certificate for individuals can now be made by phone.

To make the request by phone, you must have an active Mobile Digital Key (CMD) and the authentication.gov mobile application for Android or for iOS installed on a mobile phone with biometric capabilities (facial verification or fingerprint).

The number to make the request is 300 003 990 or (+351) 210 489 010, available on working days between 9am and 6pm and the service will always be accompanied by an assistant.

It is also possible to request the criminal record online, over the counter or by post. See the page request the criminal record for individuals for more information.
