What is the Price to Use the Telephone Translation Service for migrants?

The service is free of charge.

The call’s cost, if applicable, according to the operator’s communications plan, is established for the local call rate.

How can you Use the Telephone Translation Service for migrants?

The Telephone Translation Service offers a team with 60 translators/interpreters who master, beside the Portuguese language, one or more languages, in a total of 56 different languages. It is aimed for the Portuguese or foreign interlocutors who need to communicate with foreign or Portuguese citizens and entities.

This service connects, through a telephone conference, the technician of the service provider, a translator and the migrant.

The service is available, without any costs for the entities and/or users, on business days, from 9 A.M. to 7 P.M., through the Migrants Support Line - 808 257 257 - if you call from a landline, local call rate and +351 218 106 191 - if you call from a mobile line.
