Este serviço permite efetuar uma comunicação prévia para a realização de Vendas Especiais Esporádicas.

Vendas especiais esporádicas são vendas realizadas de forma ocasional fora dos estabelecimentos comerciais, em instalações ou espaços privados especialmente contratados ou disponibilizados para esse efeito.

  • Online

    To access this service you need to login with one of the following means of authentication:

    Authentication issues with Digital Mobile Key

    • If you have problems accessing the service during the authentication process, we suggest authenticating directly on the portal and then accessing the service.

    Video call support

    • This service can be performed with video call support. Click on the "Support" button on the right side of the page to schedule a video call.

  • Citizen Spots and Business Spots

    This service can be done at the Citizen Spots and Business Spots that offer the service.

  • You can get support or carry out this service over the phone. To carry out the service by telephone you need to:

    • have the Digital Mobile Key (CMD) active
    • have the id.gov.pt app for Android, Huawei or iOS installed on a smartphone with biometrics capabilities (facial recognition or fingerprint).

1 - Preencher o formulário da Mera Comunicação Prévia (MCP), dirigido à Autoridade de Segurança Alimentar e Económica (ASAE), por acesso direto ao Balcão do Empreendedor (BdE);

2 - A comunicação deve conter todos os dados e elementos instrutórios exigidos;

3 - É emitido comprovativo de entrega da comunicação, na posse da qual pode ser exercida a atividade.
