Avoid waiting queues and time losses. The scheduling is free of charge and it may be carried out through the Siga scheduling portal and the SigaApp mobile application (Android/IOS), or by phone. We wait for you on the time and place set.

Set a date and time to:

  • request the passport

You can schedule through the Siga scheduling portal and the SigaApp mobile app (Android/IOS).

Follow these steps:

  1. click on the "Make your appointment here" button
  2. click on "Register"
  3. in the "Theme" option select the "Citizen" option
  4. on the "Sub-Theme" option select "Passport -Application" or "Passport -Raising / Inf.
  5. for "Motive" select "Passport Request/Renewal"
  6. click the "Next" button and choose the service location you want
  7. click on the "Next" button and choose the time you want and click "schedule"
  8. a new window will appear for you to enter your data and click "confirm"

If you want to give up your appointment, please let us know through the Cancel Appointment page of the Siga portal.
