Pedir inscrição online no Ficheiro Central de Pessoas Coletivas
This service allows to request online registrations into the Central File of Collective Persons (FCPC), regarding the formation, alteration of entities already registered, winding-up, termination of activity, termination or cancellation of legal persons and other entities not subject to commercial registry (e.g.: associations, condominiums, civil companies, public administration bodies).
It also allows requesting the identification into the FCPC of foreign entities who wish to carry out one-off acts in Portugal or pursue an activity in Portugal for a period of less than one year.

When to request?
Registration into the Central File of Collective Persons (FCPC) must be carried out within the Certificate of Admissibility’s period of validity, when applicable, or within one month upon compliance with the following facts:
- Completion of legal procedures related with the incorporation, in case of collective persons;
- Publishing of the incorporation act, in case of entitities incorporated via legal act;
- Start of activity, in all other cases.

The request may be done online, through the ePortugal portal.

How much does it cost
Registration or identification of an entity into the Central File of Collective Persons costs 50 EUR.
If you request online, you can pay by ATM (within 48 working hours upon the request)
For requests in person at service desks, the available means of payment are: ATM card, cash, certified cheque or bank cheque made out to IRN, I.P. (in EUR and drawn from an account held within national territory, or postal order, in EUR, made out to IRN, I.P.
If you send the request by post, you may pay by certified cheque or bank cheque in EUR, from an account held in Portugal, made out to IRN, I.P.

You can request the registration online at Empresa Online.
For the purpose, you need to authenticate yourself with a Citizen card or digital mobile key.
In addition to information on the subscriber/applicant making the request, other data and documents will be requested, according to the type of entity to be registered (know more here).
Submitting documents electronically replaces the requirement to send the documents in paper, by post.
After entering all data and submitting the documents necessary, you need to make the payment in order to access the proof of request.
