Requesting an amendment to mutual recognition

Anyone wishing to amend a previously submitted application for mutual recognition of goods can do so using the ‘Amendment to an application for mutual recognition form’.

Any amendments that do not call into question the basis of the original application for mutual recognition may be considered relevant, such as a change of name of a producer in the Member State (MS) of origin, amendments to the technical rules in the MS of origin, or updates to the conformity assessment.
