Citizen Shops have already reopened

The Citizen Shops have reopened with in-person service by appointment only. Whoever goes to the shop without an appointment will not be assisted. The general rules regarding the mandatory use of mask and hand hygiene in alcohol-gel dispensers available in the shops are maintained.

In order to guarantee the safety of workers and users, in addition to the safety measures already implemented, such as signs, acrylic separators and disinfection points, the Citizen Shops staff will be periodically tested. 

Remember that, whenever possible, digital channels should be used to carry out services such as renewing the Citizen Card, registering births or requesting a Criminal Records certificate. Find out what other services are available online.
