View the record of ‘contraordenações’ (traffic offences)

Contraordenações are infractions to the Portuguese Highway Code, classified in three types: leves (light), graves (serious) and muito graves (very serious).

You can check your record of contraordenações (traffic offences) at the Driver's Desk on ePortugal or on the Portal de Contraordenações Rodoviárias.

You will not be able to see contraordenações leves of prohibited, improper or abusive parking that you have committed from November 2018. To view these infractions, you should contact the competent authority in the municipality where they occurred.

At the Driver's Desk, you will not be able to view crimes rodoviários (road crimes) you may have committed. This information is only available on the Portal de Contraordenações Rodoviárias.
