How cONSULT THE ELECTRONIC JUDICIAL CERTIFICATE?

The electronic judicial certificate can be consulted for cases that are pending or filed with Judicial Courts or Administrative and Tax Courts or that fall under the jurisdiction of the Public Prosecutor's Office online through the "Electronic Judicial Certificate" platform. 

 

Once the "Consultar Certidão" option has been selected, indicate the access code to the certificate (keeping all characters and in original form, e.g. with capital letters). 

 

If the validity date of the access code has already expired, it will not be possible to consult the certificate. 

 

All required actions must be carried out in the form in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the portal.
