How recruiting employees abroad?
Online
Register job offers
- Access the iefponline portal.
If you are already signed in on the portal, use your access data.
If you are not signed in on the portal, sign in or use one of the following authentication methods:
- the access data to the Direct Social Security
- the Citizen Card, PIN codes and card reader
- the Digital Mobile Key.
- On the portal, to register the job offers, access “Employer > Submit an Offer” and define:
- the position and the duties
- the profile of the employee you are seeking
- the conditions offered.
To define the geographic area where you want the offer to be announced, do as follows:
- for European Union countries, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, on the form, check “yes” on “EURES Network”
- for other countries, on the form, check “yes” on “international recruitment”.
Search for employees
On the EURES - The European Job Mobility Portal, you may search for the curriculums of the registered applicants. The portal includes job-seekers of European Union countries or Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
