Who can take the enrolment evidence for family allowance or scholarship?
The enrolment evidence is carried out by the individuals to which the family allowance is being paid. Usually the father, mother or adult who receives the family allowance.
When can you take the enrolment evidence for family allowance or scholarship?
The enrolment evidence must be carried out until July 31st.
If you do not take the enrolment evidence, payment of family allowance or scholarship is immediately suspended. If you take the enrolment evidence after July 31st, until December 31st, the suspension is lifted and the payments are once again made.
Where take the enrolment evidence for family allowance or scholarship?
In the “Family” option, select “Family and Pre-Natal Allowance”.
Select the option “Submit Enrolment Evidence” and then click on “Next”.
In the “Submission” column, select “Take Enrolment Evidence” and fill in the request.

The enrolment evidence is an evidence of enrolment at an educational establishment, which the 16 years old or older individuals must carry out every year, until July 31st, to keep their entitlement to the family allowance or scholarship.
What is the Enrolment Evidence for?
To continue to receive the Family Allowance for Children and Adolescents
16 years old or older individuals (24 years old in the case of disability) or those who turn this age during the school year, enrolled on the primary, secondary, higher education or equivalent (professional course which grants equivalence).
To receive a Scholarship
Adolescents who:
are enroled on the 10th, 11th or 12th grade
are on the 1st or 2nd echelon of the family allowance
are under 18 years old at the beginning of the school year.
Note: Adolescents 14 years old or over, who complete that age until August 31st, and not obliged to submit the Enrolment Evidence for Family Allowance’s purposes, must submit the Enrolment Evidence for the purposes of being assigned a Scholarship, if they are enrolled on the 10th, 11th or 12th grade and if they are on the 1st or 2nd echelon of the family allowance.
